100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you don't like it, we don't want you to have it. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. I spent some time in Maine and was always impressed with L.L. Bean and their 100 % satisfaction guarantee. Back then (1976) L.L. Bean was in one store open 24 hours (so the hunters can stop by in the middle of the night to get their hunting license on their way hunting). I was back in Freeport in 2007 and couldn't even get my bearings, the L.L. Bean and the town had grown so much. The point is, I think the policy has served them well, and I intend to follow it, too. SHIPPING We have been using the US Postal Service Priority envelopes since early 2001 and they have never lost a package of ours. Their flat rate envelopes and boxes allow us to get good rates. If you insist that UPS is better for you, we can do that, just say so in your comments on the order form. We can get about 3 yards in the flat rate envelope ($5), then from 3+ to 10 yards in the medium box ($10). If you buy more than 10 yards, or $100 total, we are happy to reward you with free shipping! Outside of the US: We are happy to ship to countries that use that flat rate envelopes and packages mentioned above. We still get a kick out of shipping to far off places.
